Founded in 2006, the company is a subsidiary of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). It manages its own investment properties and develops projects in free zones such as Reem Island and Dubai Marina. The portfolio of the company includes residential, commercial, and hotel projects, created in collaboration with international partners. Notable projects include a hotel tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, managed by Shangri-La Hotels, as well as key developments in Reem Island, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Jumeirah Lake Towers.
